This absolute lack of a recorded experience, or rather, the failure of the experience itself, compelled me to reach out to customer service directly to try and understand what went wrong.
Customer: Hi, I'm calling about an online order I tried to place, or rather, couldn't place. I went through the entire process, added items to my cart, tried to check out, and then everything just disappeared. No confirmation, no error message, just a blank screen. It was incredibly frustrating.
